Who can benefit from Nutritional Therapy?

My Story

Prioritizing proper nutrition has played a vital role in my mental and physical resilience - particularly after childbirth, experiencing the demands of motherhood, and uprooting my family internationally every few years.

Stress is inevitable in our busy lives, but I’m a firm believer that we have the power to make small, intentional changes with nutrition to support overall health. I am deeply passionate about supporting women and men who want to optimize their health and bring energy and purpose into every aspect of their lives. I believe that by prioritizing nutrition, movement, and mindset, individuals can transform their daily energy levels, allowing them to show up more fully – not just for themselves, but for their families, careers, and communities. Health isn’t just about fitness or appearance; it is about building the resilience, focus, and vitality to pursue life’s purpose with enthusiasm.

How does the Nutritional Therapy process work?

Through an initial consultation, I will analyze your health history and intake paperwork – which includes a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) where you report the severity of more than 300 symptoms, as well as a 3-day Food and Mood Journal.

These tools help uncover the root cause of your concerns, and illustrate where to prioritize a plan for foundational support.

While Nutritional Therapy is not a quick fix, with enough time and dedication you will feel the benefits of balanced nourishment.
